Аннотация В результате различий между регионами Китая в их географическом местоположении, наличии факторов производства, квалифицированной рабочей силы, их экономическое развитие различается. В связи с этим, в статье выявлены региональные экономические проблемы, влияющие на экономический рост страны и определены направления их возможного решения. Китайское правительство, реагируя на эти проблемы, реализовало проекты развития отстающих регионов («Освоение Запада», «Оживление старой промышленной базы на Северо-Востоке», «Подъем Центра»), что способствовало некоторому выравниванию развития экономики регионов к началу 2020 г., благодаря вложению больших инвестиций в экономическое развитие. При этом формируется и не решается проблема накопления задолженности местных правительств и государственных компаний, что нивелирует достижения экономического роста регионов.
Annotation As a result of differences between the regions of China in their geographical location, availability of factors of production, skilled labor, their economic development is different. In this regard, the article identifies regional economic problems that affect the country's economic growth and identifies areas for their possible solution. The Chinese government, in response to these problems, implemented development projects for lagging regions (“Development of the West”, “Revitalization of the old industrial base in the Northeast”, “Rise of the Center”), which contributed to some leveling of the development of the regional economy by the beginning of 2020, thanks to invest heavily in economic development. At the same time, the problem of accumulation of debts of local governments and state companies is being formed and is not being solved, which levels the achievements of the economic growth of the regions.
