В ходе исследования раскрыты теоретические особенности современных подходов к пониманию сущности аутсорсинговых услуг. Для этого были выделены функциональный, ресурсный, деятельностный, процессный, партнёрский, ситуационный подходы, результаты исследования сущности которых были положены в основу предложенной дефиниции понятия «аутсорсинг». В свою очередь, аргументации видов и форм аутсорсинговых услуг, предшествовала обоснование их преимуществ в современных рыночных условиях. В статье также разработана композиционная модель аутсорсинговых услуг рассматривается как совокупность взаимосвязей форм, видов и подходов к пониманию их сущности, в отличие от существующих, основанная на анализе интерпретаций понятия «аутсорсинг», которая позволит изучить и адаптировать существующие потребности рынка к современным требованиям заказчиков услуг в условиях цифровизации экономики.
The research reveals the theoretical features of modern approaches to understanding the essence of outsourcing services. For this purpose, functional, resource, activity, process, partner, situational approaches were identified, the results of the study of the essence of which were the basis for the proposed definition of the concept of "outsourcing". In turn, the argumentation of the types and forms of outsourcing services was preceded by the justification of their advantages in modern market conditions. The article also develops a composite model of outsourcing services, which is considered as a set of interrelations of forms, types and approaches to understanding their essence, unlike existing ones, based on the analysis of interpretations of the concept of "outsourcing", which will allow to study and adapt the existing market needs to the modern requirements of service customers in the conditions of digitalization of the economy
