В настоящей статье на основании анализа современной научной литературы и передовой практики управления рассмотрены ключевые подходы к исследованию развития моногородов Российской Федерации. В процессе исследования феномена моногородов использовались методы логико-структурного и причинно-следственного анализа. Обобщение и творческое осмысление экономических источников позволило систематизировать количественные и качественные критерии отнесения муниципальных образований к монопрофильным, а также дать им критическую оценку. Выделенные авторами принципы развития моногородов основаны на понимании приоритетного изучения тенденций пространственно-отраслевого развития в тесном взаимодействии со стабильностью хозяйственной деятельности градообразующего предприятия. Сформулирован вывод о перспективности дальнейших исследований в направлении поиска путей совершенствования управления пространственно-отраслевым развитием моногородов, как важного сегмента экономики страны и регионов в современных условиях.
This article, based on the analysis of modern scientific literature and best management practices, considers the key approaches to the study of the development of monocities in the Russian Federation. During the study of the phenomenon of monocities the methods of logical-structural and causal analysis were used. Generalization and creative comprehension of economic sources allowed us to systematize quantitative and qualitative criteria for classifying municipalities as monoprofile, as well as to give them a critical assessment. The principles of monocities development highlighted by the authors are based on the understanding of the priority study of trends in spatial and sectoral development in close cooperation with the stability of economic activity of the city-forming enterprise. The conclusion about the prospects of further research in the search for ways to improve the management of spatial and sectoral development of monocities as an important segment of the economy of the country and regions in modern conditions is formulated.
