Исследование инновационных процессов в той или иной сфере общества позволяет определить основные тенденции и движущие силы её развития, тем самым способствуя более глубокому пониманию экономических процессов в данной отрасли. Не исключением является российская медицина и здравоохранение, которые в последнее десятилетие активно развиваются. Соответственно, целью проводимого исследования является анализ текущих тенденции по внедрению инноваций в здравоохранении, оценка степени развития различных областей медицины, использующих новые виды инновационных товаров и услуг. При подготовке данной работы теоретико-методологическими источниками послужили статьи отечественных и зарубежных изданий, публикации организаций, занимающихся изучением рынка медицинских товаров, продуктов и услуг, базы данных Росстата и Pubmed. В данной статье были описаны основные направления внедрения инноваций в здравоохранении. Оценена экономическая динамика развития данных направлений. Приведены преимущества появления новых товаров и услуг как для системы здравоохранения, так и для пациентов. Дальнейшим направлением изучения выделенного научного направления является проведение исследования внедрения инноваций в более узкой области здравоохранения, такой как носимые медицинские изделия.
The study of innovative processes in a particular sphere of society allows you to determine the main trends and drivers of its development, thereby contributing to a deeper understanding of economic processes in this industry. Russian medicine and health care are no exception, which have been actively developing over the past decade. Accordingly, the purpose of the study is to analyze the current trend of introducing innovations in health care, to assess the degree of development of various areas of medicine using new types of innovative goods and services. In preparing this work, theoretical and methodological sources were articles of domestic and foreign publications, publications of organizations engaged in the study of the market for medical goods, products and services, databases of Rosstat and Pubmed. This article described the main directions for introducing innovations in health care. The economic dynamics of the development of these areas was assessed. The advantages of the emergence of new goods and services for both the health care system and patients are given. A further focus of the study of the dedicated scientific direction is to conduct a study of the introduction of innovations in a narrower area of health care, such as wearable medical devices.
