В статье обоснована необходимость проведения преобразований в сфере ценообразования в области строительства антенно-мачтовых сооружений сотовой связи. Обозначена особенность установления стоимости выполнения строительно-монтажных работ с использованием тарификаторов по причине отсутствия в сметной нормативной базе необходимых разделов и расценок, что вызывает проблему отражения объективных изменений себестоимости. Отмечен рост стоимости материалов как основной фактор увеличения себестоимости готовой продукции. Указаны основные типы и материалы изготовления возводимых сооружений. Проведен анализ динамики изменения цен на используемые в строительстве опор сотовой связи материалы в период с 2020 по 2024 год в условиях нестабильности экономики. Приведены действующие расценки тарификатора на примере строительства металлического столба с площадкой обслуживания. Сделан вывод о невозможности учета изменения себестоимости строительства АМС при сложившемся подходе к формированию тарификатора. Предложены варианты совершенствования системы ценообразования в области антенно-мачтового строительства.
The article substantiates the need for transformations in the field of pricing in the field of construction of antenna-mast structures of cellular communication. The peculiarity of establishing the cost of construction and installation works using tarifficators is indicated due to the absence of the necessary sections and prices in the estimate regulatory framework, which causes the problem of reflecting objective changes in the cost. The increase in the cost of materials is noted as the main factor in increasing the cost of finished products. The main types and materials for the manufacture of erected structures are indicated. An analysis of the dynamics of changes in prices for materials used in the construction of cellular communication supports in the period from 2020 to 2024 in the context of economic instability is carried out. The current rates of the tarifficator are given using the example of the construction of a metal pole with a service platform. A conclusion is made about the impossibility of taking into account changes in the cost of construction of AMS with the current approach to the formation of the tarifficator. Options for improving the pricing system in the field of antenna-mast construction are proposed.
