В статье проводится оценка финансового обеспечения банковской деятельности на основе эмиссии ценных бумаг на примере российских кредитных организаций. Рассматриваются особенности финансирования банков за счет выпуска долговых и долевых инструментов рынка ценных бумаг, подчеркивается важность применения эмиссионного обеспечения в формировании ресурсной базы банков и ее диверсификации. Обосновывается новый подход к определению значимости эмиссии ценных бумаг банков в контексте увеличения роли кредитных организаций в финансировании развития экономики России и формирования концепции долгосрочного инвестирования.
The article assesses the financial support of banking activities based on the issue of securities using the example of Russian credit institutions. The features of financing banks through the issuance of debt and equity instruments of the securities market are considered, the importance of using issuance security in the formation of the resource base of banks and its diversification is emphasized. A new approach is substantiated to determine the significance of the issue of bank securities in the context of the increasing role of credit institutions in financing the development of the Russian economy and the formation of the concept of long-term investment.
