Аннотация В статье рассматриваются различные методики оценки конкурентоспособности образовательных организаций. В том числе и один из наиболее распространенных в настоящее время методов оценки конкурентоспособности учебных заведений, основанный на рейтинговых оценках. Дана классификация рейтингов образовательных учреждений по различным основаниям: по типам, по структуре, по источникам данных. Рассмотрены преимущества и недостатки этого метода. В статье показано, что усиление конкурентной борьбы между образовательными учреждениями среднего профессионального образования и высшими учебными заведениями определяет необходимость поиска новых подходов к совершенствованию управления конкурентоспособностью СПО. В связи с этим, образовательное учреждение должно провести оценку своей конкурентоспособности по конкретной методике. Отмечена тесная взаимосвязь между собой понятия «конкурентоспособность образовательной организации» и понятия «конкурентоспособность выпускника»: от результативности деятельности СПО зависит уровень конкурентоспособности выпускника и успешность его последующего трудоустройства, в свою очередь конкурентоспособность выпускника на рынке труда влияет на имидж и уровень востребованности у абитуриентов среднего профессионального образовательного учреждения.
Abstract The competitiveness of graduates of vocational education institutions depends not only on the degree of compliance of their professional and qualification characteristics with the requirements of modern production, but also on the competitiveness of the educational organization itself. The article discusses various methods for assessing the competitiveness of educational organizations. Including one of the most common methods for assessing the competitiveness of educational institutions, based on rating ratings. The classification of educational institution ratings by various grounds is given: by type, by structure, by data sources. The advantages and disadvantages of this method are considered. The article shows that the increased competition between educational institutions of secondary vocational education and higher education institutions determines the need to find new approaches to improve the management of competitive vocational education. In this regard, the educational institution must assess its competitiveness according to a specific methodology. A close relationship between the concepts of "competitiveness of an educational organization" and the concepts of "competitiveness of a graduate" was noted: the level of competitiveness of a graduate and the success of his subsequent employment depend on the effectiveness of the activities of the vocational training center, in turn, the competitiveness of a graduate in the labor market affects the image and level of demand among applicants of a secondary vocational educational institution.
