В статье представлен концептуальный подход к балансировке спроса и предложения на современном рынке труда в условиях цифровизации. Цифровизация всех сфер экономики ведет к тому, что на имеющемся рынке труда спрос и предложение на рабочую силу претерпевает значительное изменение. Данные изменения происходят настолько быстро, что инфраструктура воспроизводства рабочей силы на рынке труда не готова удовлетворить потребности рынка кратчайшие сроки. Одним из условием цифровизации является не только достаточное количество ИТ-специалистов в сфере высокотехнологического производства, но и в сферах, связанных с обеспечением жизнедеятельности населения. Но наряду с нехваткой ИТ-специалистов, возникает проблема высвобождения работников иных профессий, ввиду постепенного внедрения оцифрованных процессов в различные сферы деятельности. В связи с этим, необходимы новые приоритетные направления формирования и развития рынка труда с учетом процессов происходящих в условиях цифровизации. В первую очередь необходима четко разработанная, современная система учреждений и организаций, сосредоточенные на проблемах миграции рабочей силы и отвечающих за развитие рынка труда в целом.
The article presents a conceptual approach to balancing supply and demand in the modern labor market in the conditions of digitalization. Digitalization of all spheres of the economy leads to the fact that in the existing labor market, the supply and demand for labor is undergoing a significant change. These changes are taking place so quickly that the infrastructure of labor reproduction in the labor market is not ready to meet the needs of the market in the shortest possible time. One of the conditions for digitalization is not only a sufficient number of IT specialists in the field of high-tech production, but also in areas related to ensuring the life of the population. But along with the shortage of IT specialists, there is a problem of releasing employees of other professions, due to the gradual introduction of digitized processes in various fields of activity. In this regard, new priority directions for the formation and development of the labor market are needed, taking into account the processes taking place in the conditions of digitalization. First of all, we need a well-developed, modern system of institutions and organizations focused on the problems of labor migration and responsible for the development of the labor market as a whole.
