В современных сложных экономических условиях одной из важнейших задач развития агропромышленного комплекса страны является обеспечение продовольственной безопасности. В статье авторами исследуется вопрос обеспеченности сельскохозяйственных предприятиях Саратовской области парком основных видов техники. Низкий уровень фондообеспеченности сельского хозяйства, высокую нагрузку на имеющуюся технику и как следствие ее высокий износ, вызванные ограниченными финансовыми ресурсами производителей, можно преодолеть только при помощи лизинга. Авторами проведен анализ обеспеченности сельскохозяйственных товаропроизводителей Саратовской области техникой, уровеня использования лизинга основных средств. Сделан вывод о том, что лизинг техники является одним из основных инструментов развития технического обеспечения АПК как для производителей, так и для государства.
In today's difficult economic conditions, one of the most important tasks for the development of the country's agro-industrial complex is to ensure food security. In the article, the authors investigate the issue of providing agricultural enterprises of the Saratov region with a park of the main types of technology. The low level of stock availability of agriculture, the high load on existing equipment and, as a consequence, its high wear caused by limited financial resources of producers can be overcome only with the help of leasing. The authors analyzed the availability of agricultural producers of the Saratov region with equipment, the level of leasing of fixed assets. The conclusion is made that leasing of equipment is one of the main tools for the development of technical support of the agro-industrial complex for both manufacturers and the state.
