В статье исследуются факторы, влияющие на развитие инновационного потенциала региона на примере Республики Башкортостан. Определена необходимая взаимосвязь между исследовательскими и прикладными разработками, а также действия по обеспечению результата. Определены факторы, влияющие на инновационный потенциал региона. Указаны ограничения для развития инноваций в регионе с помощью дерева проблем. Определена роль импорта человеческого капитала и инвестиций в их развитие в регионе.

The article examines the factors influencing the development of the innovative potential of the region on the example of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The necessary relationship between research and applied developments, as well as actions to ensure the result is determined. The factors influencing the innovative potential of the region are determined. The limitations for the development of innovations in the region are indicated with the help of a tree of problems. The role of import of human capital and investments in their development in the region is determined.
