Рассматривается формирование методико-аналитического подхода к оценке угольной промышленности Донецкого региона и ее развитию. Сущность подхода состоит в последовательной и взаимоувязанной оценке значения, спроса, роли и показателей угольной промышленности ведущих стран и Донецкого региона, дана характеристика основных направлений исследований угольной отрасли. По результатам оценки показателей добычи угля отмечено влияние внешних и характерных для внутренней среды угледобывающей сферы факторов, обоснованы причины сложившихся тенденций в государственном и частном секторах, марочном составе углей, эксплуатации очистных забоев. Рекомендовано развитие угольной отрасли Донбасса на основе обновления и увеличения мощностей шахтного фонда, наращивания мощностей по производству горно-шахтного оборудования; совершенствования организации производства и труда и других организационно-экономических мероприятий
The formation of a methodological and analytical approach to the assessment of the coal industry of the Donetsk region and its development is considered. The essence of the approach lies in a consistent and interconnected assessment of the value, demand, role and indicators of the coal industry of the leading countries and the Donetsk region, the main areas of research in the coal industry are characterized. Based on the results of the assessment of coal production indicators, the influence of external and characteristic factors for the internal environment of the coal mining sector was noted, the reasons for the current trends in the public and private sectors, the grade composition of coal, and the operation of stopes were substantiated. It is recommended to develop the Donbass coal industry on the basis of updating and increasing the capacity of the mine fund, increasing the capacity for the production of mining equipment; improvement of the organization of production and labor and other organizational and economic measures
