Развитость парковых структур региона, к которым относятся индустриальные парки, технопарки и кластеры, способствует развитию промышленного потенциала региональной экономики через поддержку предприятий. Однако такое влияние зависит от информационной открытости таких парковых структур, что особенно актуально в условиях цифровизации экономики. Цифровизация экономики предполагает, что глубокая автоматизации многих процессов приводит к появлению новых каналов коммуникации с потенциальными партерами и клиентами, увеличивает скорость принятия решений и повышает эффективность последних. Проведенная оценка соответствия парковых структур Красноярского края, как элементов инфраструктуры поддержки предприятий, условиям цифровизации экономики, в том числе информационной открытости, позволила сделать определённые выводы. В Красноярском крае нет зарегистрированных технопарков, имеется четыре действующих индустриальных (промышленных) парка и восемь кластеров. Только один индустриальный парк «Красный Яр» наиболее соответствует Национальному стандарту «Индустриальные парки», в том числе по элементу открытости, так как на сайте данного парка находится исчерпывающая информация для потенциальных партнеров и клиентов. Оценка существующих кластеров нормативно-правовым требованиям затруднена, так как в открытом доступе отсутствует большинство необходимой информации для проведения такой оценки. Отсутствие доступной и понятной информации о большинстве существующих индустриальных парках и кластерах Красноярского края затрудняет оказание помощи предприятиям, нуждающимся в инфраструктурной поддержке, и негативным образом влияет и на развитие самих институтов такой поддержки. В условиях цифровой экономики, когда большая часть информации получается из системы интернет, наличие хорошо работающего сайта с подробной и исчерпывающей информацией становится необходимостью, в том числе для индустриальных парков и кластеров.
The development of park structures in the region, which include industrial parks, technoparks and clusters, contribute to the development of the industrial potential of the regional economy through the support of enterprises. However, such influence depends on the information openness of such park structures, which is especially relevant in the conditions of digitalization of the economy. Digitalization of the economy implies that deep automation of many processes leads to the emergence of new channels of communication with potential partners and customers, increases the speed of decision-making and improves the efficiency of the latter. The assessment of the compliance of park structures of the Krasnoyarsk region, as elements of the infrastructure to support enterprises, with the conditions of digitalization of the economy, including information openness allowed us to draw certain conclusions. There are no registered technoparks in Krasnoyarsk Krai, there are four operating industrial parks and eight clusters. Only one industrial park "Krasny Yar" is the most compliant with the National Standard "Industrial Parks", including the element of openness, as the website of this park contains comprehensive information for potential partners and customers. It is difficult to assess the existing clusters against the regulatory and legal requirements, as most of the necessary information for such an assessment is not available in the public domain. The lack of accessible and understandable information about the majority of existing industrial parks and clusters in Krasnoyarsk Krai makes it difficult to provide assistance to enterprises in need of infrastructure support and negatively affects the development of such support institutions themselves. In the conditions of the digital economy, when most information is obtained from the Internet, a well-functioning website with detailed and comprehensive information becomes a necessity, including for industrial parks and clusters.
