Аннотация Сегодня в период геополитических изменений, с начала введения специальной военной операции, рынок труда и ее система показателей претерпевает значительные трансформации в регионе. С начала специальной военной операции (СВО) на российском рынке труда наблюдаются так же следующие тенденции: на фоне общего снижения количества резюме из-за мобилизации, отъезда из страны квалифицированных специалистов и демографической ямы работодатели стали чаще принимать на работу женщин и возрастных соискателей. Наиболее востребованными на рынке труда сейчас являются представители рабочих специальностей, одновременно с этим резко увеличилось число вакансий для подростков. В статье рассмотрена динамика численного состава экономически активного населения, проведена группировка населения по занятости в экономике, по полу и возрасту; определена структура численности занятых и безработных по уровню образования, проведен вариационный анализ численности занятых и безработных в экономике, который позволил определить и выявить колеблемость этих параметров. На основе динамического ряда рассчитан тренд показателей, отражающих изменение численности занятых и безработных, выявлены причины миграционных потоков рабочей силы между муниципальными образованиями и проведен прогноз.
Аnnotation. Today, during a period of geopolitical changes, since the beginning of the introduction of a special military operation, the labor market and its system of indicators is undergoing significant transformations in the region. Since the beginning of the special military operation (SVO), the following trends have also been observed in the Russian labor market: against the backdrop of a general decrease in the number of resumes due to mobilization, the departure of qualified specialists from the country and the demographic gap, employers have begun to hire women and older applicants more often. The most in demand on the labor market now are representatives of blue-collar professions, and at the same time, the number of vacancies for teenagers aged 14–17 has sharply increased. The article examines the dynamics of the numerical composition of the economically active population, groups the population by employment in the economy, by gender and age; the structure of the number of employed and unemployed by level of education was determined, a variation analysis of the number of employed and unemployed in the economy was carried out, which made it possible to determine and identify the variability of these parameters. Based on the time series, the trend of indicators reflecting changes in the number of employed and unemployed was calculated, the reasons for migration flows of labor between municipalities were identified, and a forecast was made.
