Статья посвящена проблематике управления устойчивостью экономических систем на базе применения положений теории надежности технических систем. Изучены понятия надежности и качества, особенности их трактовки в управлении экономическими системами. Выявлены возможности применения постулатов теории надежности к деятельности экономических субъектов. Исследованы и описаны особенности управления надежностью экономических систем с учетом специфических черт их функционирования. Выделены проблемные аспекты и угрозы надежности экономической системы с учетом выстраивания системы управления ею без учета постулатов теории надежности. Выявлено, что в управлении надежностью неосознанно преобладают наиболее простые и наименее эффективные методы, позволяющие достигать решения проблемы в краткосрочной перспективе, но способствующие углублению проблемы в долгосрочной перспективе.
The article is devoted to the problems of managing the stability of economic systems based on the application of the provisions of the theory of reliability of technical systems. The concepts of reliability and quality, the peculiarities of their interpretation in the management of economic systems are studied. The possibilities of applying the postulates of reliability theory to the activities of economic entities are revealed. The features of reliability management of economic systems are investigated and described, taking into account the specific features of their functioning. The problematic aspects and threats to the reliability of the economic system are highlighted, taking into account the construction of its management system without taking into account the postulates of reliability theory. It is revealed that in reliability management, the simplest and least effective methods unconsciously prevail, allowing to achieve a solution to the problem in the short term, but contributing to the deepening of the problem in the long term.
