В статье авторами были рассмотрены этапы бизнес – процесса на предприятии: инициация проекта; планирование проекта; исполнение инвестиционного проекта; завершение проекта. Перечисленные параметры инвестиционного проекта являются входными (исходными данными), подлежат обоснованию и служат основой для расчета ключевых показателей, отражающих результат реализации проекта. Автором разработан регламент инвестиционной деятельности предприятия. В предлагаемой Excel-модели авторы рассчитывают чистую приведенную стоимость проекта с учетом вероятности реализации сценария.
In the article, the author considered the stages of the business process at the enterprise: project initiation; project planning; execution of the investment project; completion of the project. The listed parameters of the investment project are input (initial data), are subject to justification and serve as the basis for calculating key indicators reflecting the result of the project implementation. The author has developed the regulations for the investment activity of the enterprise. In the proposed Excel model, the author calculates the net present value of the project, taking into account the probability of scenario implementation.
