высокая концентрация рыночной власти у крупных компаний в России является следствием централизации управления народным хозяйством в Советском Союзе и значительной активности государства как регуляторного инструмента в постсоветской России. Процесс децентрализации экономики, начавшийся в 90-х годах, во многом сошел на нет из-за использования крупным бизнесом своих конкурентных преимуществ и отсутствия эффективной системы поддержки со стороны государства компаний малого и среднего бизнеса. К санкционному периоду 2022 года Россия подошла с системой сложившихся государственных монополий, обеспечивающих значительную часть валового продукта страны. В статье на основе сопоставления положений экономической теории и сложившейся практики участия монополий в реорганизации российских товарно – денежных потоков рассмотрен вопрос влияния монополий на формирование новой экономической системы страны и разработаны предложения по видоизменению их роли в этом процессе.
Based the high concentration of market power among large companies in Russia is a consequence of the centralization of economic management in the Soviet Union and the significant activity of the state as a regulatory instrument in post-Soviet Russia. The process of decentralization of the economy, which began in the 90s, largely came to naught due to large businesses using their competitive advantages and the lack of an effective support system for small and medium-sized businesses. Russia approached the sanctions period of 2022 with a system of established state monopolies that provide a significant part of the country’s gross product. In the article, based on a comparison of the provisions of economic theory and the established practice of the participation of monopolies in the reorganization of Russian commodity and cash flows, these are formed on the influence of monopolies on the formation of a new economic system of the country and proposals are developed for modifying their role in this process.
