В статье рассмотрена современная политическая, культурная, экономическая напряженность как факторы риска для развития атомной энергетики и достижения цели углеродной нейтральности некоторых стран мира. Обзор литературы показывает, что ученые сходятся во мнение - без атомной энергетики невозможно дальнейшее устойчивое развитие и экологическая стабильность. Были рассмотрены наиболее значимые страны в сфере атомной энергетики и их энергетические политики в целом и особенности развития атомной энергетики. Для Российской Федерации, Франции, США и Китая сформулированы основные направления развития атомной энергетики и влияние на них современной ситуации. Отдельно отмечено, что Российская Федерация сильно зависит от поставок зарубежных комплектующих, испытывает затруднения от введенных санкций. В масштабах мира это несет вред всей индустрии, т.к. наша страна имеет уникальные заработки и портфель реализованных проектов различного уровня. В конечном итоге, санкционная изоляция РФ приведет не только к экономическим потерям и торможению развития атомной энергетики, но и угрозе реализации планов энергетического перехода.
The article examines modern political, cultural, and economic instability as risk factors for the development of nuclear energy and the achievement of carbon neutrality goals in some countries of the world. A review of the literature shows that scientists agree: without nuclear sustainability, further sustainable development and environmental stability are impossible. Here we look at the most significant countries in the field of nuclear energy and their energy policies in general and the features of the development of nuclear energy. For the Russian Federation, France, the USA and China, the main directions of development of nuclear energy and the influence on them in the current situation have been determined. It was separately noted that the Russian Federation is highly dependent on the supply of foreign components, and difficulties from the imposed sanctions. On a global scale, this harms the entire industry, because... Our country has unique developments and portfolio projects implemented at a high level. Ultimately, the sanctioned isolation of the Russian Federation leads not only to economic losses and slowdown in the development of nuclear energy, but also to a threat to the implementation of the energy transition plan.
