В статье рассмотрены этапы внедрения и проблемы применения инновационных технологий в строительстве, проанализировано внедрения BIM-технологий в строительную отрасль экономики Российской Федерации. Рассмотрены этапы внедрения и особенности принятия инновационных технологий в строительстве. Предложены варианты выхода из сложившейся практики организации взаимоотношений участников в существующих процессах строительства. Рассмотрены ключевые преимущества внедрения, а также выделены наиболее проблематичные места строительного производства при цифровизации бизнес-процессов на основных стадиях строительства в экономике России в целом. Определены ключевые участники инвестиционно-строительного комплекса и их взаимоотношения при организации цифровой трансформации бизнеса в инвестиционно-строительной сфере. Представлены основные мероприятия, способствующие развитию процессов внедрения технологий информационного моделирования на территории России в сфере строительства и в целом в бизнесе.
The article analyses general regularities of introduction of information modeling technologies in the construction industry of the Russian Federation. Stages of introduction and features of adoption of innovative technologies in construction are considered. It offers variants of exit from the established practice of organization of relations of participants in the existing processes of construction. The key advantages of implementation have been considered, as well as the most problematic places of construction production at digitization of business processes in the main stages of construction in the Russian economy as a whole have been allocated. The key participants of the investment and construction complex and their relations in the organization of digital business transformation in the investment and construction sphere have been determined. The main activities contributing to the development of the processes of introduction of information modeling technologies on the territory of Russia in the sphere of construction and in the domestic business as a whole are presented.
