Центральная Азия рассматривается как место концентрации интересов Российской Федерации после развала Советского Союза и образования Содружества Независимых Государств. Интеграционные группировки, такие как СНГ, Таможенный союз, ЕАЭС, призваны к усилению производственных и торговых связей между Россией и странами бывшего СССР. Однако, ввиду относительного равенства стран по их месту в производственных отношениях, классические экономические союзы не могли сформироваться на территории СНГ. Для достижения поставленной цели были сформулированы следующие задачи: дать определение экономической интеграции, проанализировать политику РФ в отношении интеграции со странами бывшего СССР и оценить их отличия от классического подхода.
Central Asia is considered as a place of concentration of interests of the Russian Federation after the collapse of the Soviet Union and the formation of the Commonwealth of Independent States. Integration groups, such as the CIS, the Customs Union, and the EAEU, are called upon to strengthen production and trade ties between Russia and the countries of the former USSR. However, due to the relative equality of countries in terms of their place in industrial relations, classical economic unions could not form in the CIS. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were formulated: to define economic integration, to analyze the Russian Federation’s policy regarding integration with the countries of the former USSR and to evaluate their differences from the classical approach.
