Вопросы сбалансированности бюджетов субъектов РФ становятся все более актуальными, поскольку оказывают существенное влияние на развитие отдельных территорий нашего государства. Статья посвящена вопросам применения различных методов реализации принципа сбалансированности бюджета. Авторами предложены практические мероприятия, нацеленные на поддержание сбалансированности бюджетов субъектов РФ, произведены экономические расчеты предложенных мероприятий. Предложения авторов могут быть использованы органами исполнительной власти территорий в качестве инструментов практической деятельности для решения проблемы несбалансированности бюджетов субъектов Российской Федерации.
The issues of balancing the budgets of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation are becoming more and more relevant, since they have a significant impact on the development of individual territories of our state. The article is devoted to the application of various methods of implementing the principle of budget balance. The authors proposed practical measures aimed at maintaining the balance of budgets of the subjects of the Russian Federation, and made economic calculations of the proposed measures. The authors' proposals can be used by the executive authorities of the territories as practical tools to solve the problem of imbalance in the budgets of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
