В статье рассматриваются особенности регулирующей деятельности Центрального банка Российской Федерации в рамках взаимодействия на денежном рынке по средствам реализации процентной политики. Исследованы вопросы процентной политики Банка России за последние годы в условиях турбулентности экономики и новых непредвиденных экономических шоков. Отмечено своевременное реагирование Банка России на новые вызовы и определены основные вехи развития его процентной политики на протяжении нескольких лет. Также стоит отметить, что в подобных экономических условиях проведение более мягкой денежно-кредитной политики Центральным банком не представляется возможным, так как постоянные экономические шоки слишком сильно сказываются на устоявшихся и отработанных процессах в экономике в рамках взаимодействия различных её составляющих.
The article examines the specifics of the regulatory activities of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation in the framework of interaction in the money market through the implementation of interest rate policy. The issues of the Bank of Russia's interest rate policy in recent years have been investigated in the context of economic turbulence and new unforeseen economic shocks. The Bank of Russia's timely response to new challenges was noted and the main milestones of its interest rate policy development over several years were identified. It is also worth noting that in such economic conditions, a softer monetary policy by the Central Bank is not possible, since constant economic shocks affect too much the established and proven processes in the economy as part of the interaction of its various components.
