In this article, the author considers speech intelligence as a tool for managing human resources in the organization of any activity, including investment and construction. In this regard, it approaches the question of defining business communication, power, influence, intelligence. The author compares the leader and the leader in the same subject. It provides a list of leadership qualities, types of intelligence and indicates which future competencies will be in demand in the labor market. The author indicates what skills are needed for effective speech communication, determines by which speech can be used in business communication and what advantages a leader with speech intelligence has.
