В статье рассматривается инновационное развитие как фактор экономического роста в периоды подъема и спада экономики. Для сохранения устойчивого экономического роста государства с учетом вызовов внешней среды важно обеспечить наращивание объема капиталовложений в инновации. Авторами подчеркивается, что в инвестиционной привлекательности инноваций для инвесторов имеет значение сложившаяся институциональная среда территории и социально-экономическая политика государства. Барьером для наращивания масштаба инновационной структуры экономики на национальном уровне является неравномерность инновационного развития регионов. Авторами обобщены основные причины неравномерного развития инноваций в регионах России.
The author argues that innovative technological development today is the most important component of economic growth, regardless of the period of economic recovery or recession. In order to continue to maintain sustainable economic growth of our state's economy, taking into account the challenges of the external environment, it is important to ensure that the volume of investments in innovations remains unchanged over time. The established institutional environment of the territory and state policy play an important role in the innovative attractiveness of innovations for investors. Therefore, innovations cannot develop by themselves, it is important to create favorable conditions for their development both at the state level and at the regional level. What are the main reasons for the uneven development of innovations in the regions of Russia, is described according to the results of the article.
