В статье проведен анализ энергетической политики Китая и Бразилии. Рассмотрена текущая и перспективная структура энергетического баланса рассматриваемых стран БРИКС. Установлено, что Китай выстраивает экологичную экономику в энергетическом секторе, что проявляется в постепенном преобладании в энергетическом балансе страны солнечной энергии и гидроэнергетики. Китай обладает техническими знаниями, экономической мощью и продуманной политикой для осуществления эффективного перехода на зеленую энергетику. Бразилия, в свою очередь, придерживается экологичного энергетического баланса с использованием возобновляемых источников энергии, таких как гидроэлектростанции, ветровые, солнечные, биоэнергетические и геотермальные электростанции. Развитие ветроэнергетики позволило также обеспечить рост в других отраслях промышленности связанных с изготовлением деталей и механизмов для ветряных турбин. Разработаны рекомендации для новых стран-участников БРИКС: разработка национальной стратегии в области энергетики; инвестирование в возобновляемые источники энергии; укрепление сотрудничества в области энергетики; развитие инфраструктуры и технологий; укрепление институтов и политик в области энергетики.
This article analyzes the energy policy of China and Brazil. The current and prospective structure of the energy balance of these BRICS countries is considered. It has been established that China is building an environmentally friendly economy in the energy sector, which is manifested in the gradual predominance of solar energy and hydropower in the country's energy balance. China has the technical knowledge, economic power and sound policies to make an effective transition to green energy. Brazil adheres to an environmentally friendly energy balance using renewable energy sources such as hydroelectric power plants, wind, solar, bioenergy and geothermal power plants. The development of wind energy has also allowed for growth in other industries related to the manufacture of parts and mechanisms for wind turbines. Recommendations have been developed for new BRICS member countries: development of a national energy strategy; investment in renewable energy sources; strengthening cooperation in the field of energy; development of infrastructure and technologies; strengthening of institutions and policies in the field of energy.
