Это вторая в серии статей автора о регионах Северо-Восточного мезорегиона России по их действующим стратегиям социально-экономического роста после командировок в эти регионы в 2023 г. и изучения литературы в рамках государственного задания Минобрнауки РФ. Ремарки приведены к стратегическому планированию Камчатского края с позиции «взгляда со стороны». Это может не относиться к Камчатскому краю, но не секрет, что иные стратегии регионов или муниципальных образований формируются самими работниками исполнительной власти регионов и местного самоуправления. Природная жемчужина планеты – Камчатский край может еще сохранить свой потенциал возобновляемых ресурсов если, приоритетом стратегического управления краем останутся традиционные отрасли народного хозяйства: рыболовство и сельское хозяйство, а также охрана окружающей среды полуострова. Индустриализация традиционных отраслей наряду с развитием энергетики на основе возобновляемых источников энергии и с развитием дорожно-транспортной сети полуострова может реализоваться при системообразующем хозяйственном участии государства и края.
This is the second in a series of articles by the author about the regions of the Northeastern mesoregion of Russia according to their current socio-economic growth strategies after business trips to these regions in 2023 and studying literature as part of the state assignment of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation. The remarks are given to the strategic planning of the Kamchatka Territory from the position of "looking from the outside". This may not apply to the Kamchatka Territory, but it is no secret that other strategies of regions or municipalities are formed by the employees of the executive authorities of the regions and local self-government themselves. The natural pearl of the planet – the Kamchatka Territory can still retain its potential for renewable resources if the traditional sectors of the national economy remain the priority of the strategic management of the region: fishing and agriculture, as well as environmental protection of the peninsula. The industrialization of traditional industries, along with the development of energy based on renewable energy sources and the development of the peninsula's road transport network, can be realized with the system-forming economic participation of the state and the territory.
