Рассмотрены особенности мирового и российского рынка сделок по приобретению бизнеса. Исследованы тенденции и закономерности их проведения, выполнен сравнительный анализ российского и международного опыта. Определены основные проблемы проведения сделок по приобретению бизнеса в связи с уходом иностранного бизнеса из России, а также необходимостью адаптации и приспособления предприятий отечественного бизнеса к внешним и внутренним угрозам. Проведен анализ особенностей российской сферы сделок по приобретению бизнеса в период пандемии коронавирусной инфекции (2020-2021 гг.) и в контексте постсанкционнной экономики (2022-2024 гг.). Проведен корреляционный анализ в целях выявления степени влияния количества и стоимости сделок по приобретению бизнеса на фондовый рынок России. Описаны перспективы развития отечественного рынка сделок по приобретению бизнеса в условиях экономической турбулентности и геополитической неопределенности.
The paper considers the global and Russian markets for mergers and acquisitions. The trends and patterns of their implementation are investigated, a comparative analysis of Russian and international experience is carried out. The main problems of conducting business acquisitions transactions in connection with the departure of foreign business from Russia, as well as the need to adapt domestic businesses to external and internal threats, are identified. The analysis of the peculiarities of the Russian sphere of business acquisition transactions during the coronavirus pandemic (2020-2021) and in the context of the post-sanctions economy (2022-2024) was carried out. A correlation analysis was performed in order to identify the degree of influence of the number and value of business acquisitions transactions on the Russian stock market. The prospects for the development of the domestic market for mergers and acquisitions in conditions of economic turbulence and geopolitical uncertainty are described.
