В статье рассматриваются современное состояние, проблемы внедрения, развития и регулирования технологий искусственного интеллекта в финансовой сфере. Изучаются вопросы нахождения баланса между сдерживанием рисков и созданием условий для дальнейшего развития финансовой сферы, а также меры нормативного регулирования финансового рынка и деятельности финансовых организаций в части применения различных моделей и технологий ИИ. Методология исследования включает в себя теоретический обзор технологий и анализ возможностей искусственного интеллекта в финансовой сфере. Результаты исследования показали высокий потенциал ИИ в финансовой сфере, а также эффективность применения различных технологий ИИ. Однако существующие проблемы и риски, связанные с внедрением технологий ИИ мешают развитию финансовых организаций среднего размера, в результате чего на рынке ведущую роль занимают крупные компании.
The article considers the current state, the problems of the implementation, development and regulation of artificial intelligence technologies in the financial sector. The issues of finding the balance between risk restraining and the creation of conditions for the further development of the financial sphere, as well as measures of normative regulation of the financial market and the activities of financial organizations in part of the application of various models and technologies of AI are studied. The research methodology includes the theoretical review of technologies and the analysis of the possibilities of artificial intelligence in the financial sector. The results of the study showed the high potential of AI in the financial sector, as well as the effectiveness of the use of various technologies. However, the existing problems and risks associated with the implementation of the technology of AI prevent the development of financial organizations of medium size, as a result of which large companies occupy a leading role in the market.
