В работе показаны результаты исследований, посвящённых изучению проблем и перспектив индустриализации экономики восточноприграничного региона России, которые становятся наиболее актуальнми в связи с переориентацией экономической политики страны на восток. В целях выявления основных причин деиндустриализации и поиска возможностей динамичного развития промышленности в горном приграничном национальном субъекте России - в Республике Тыва, проведены анализ результатов действия регуляторных мер государства, как факторов, влияющих на рост промышленного производства в депрессивном регионе, изучение существующих в открытом доступе научной литературы, официальных данных органов власти, государственной статистики. Сделан вывод о существенной зависимости динамики развития промышленности от регуляторных мер государства, в том числе, от фискальных законов и о необходимости создания селективных механизмов регулирования экономики депрессивных, приграничных субъектов страны с учётом индивидуальных особенностей каждого из них.
The paper shows the results of research devoted to the study of problems and prospects of industrialisation of the economy of the eastern border region of Russia, which becomes the most relevant in connection with the reorientation of the country's economic policy to the East. In order to identify the main causes of deindustrialisation and search for opportunities for dynamic development of industry in the mountainous border national subject of Russia - the Republic of Tyva, the analysis of the results of regulatory measures of the state as factors affecting the growth of industrial production in the depressed region, the study of existing open access scientific literature, official data of the authorities, state statistics. The conclusion is made about the significant dependence of the dynamics of industrial development on the regulatory measures of the state, including especially fiscal laws and the need to create selective mechanisms for regulating the economy of depressed, border subjects of the country, taking into account the individual characteristics of each of them.
