Одним из видов страхования гражданской ответственности является страхование гражданской ответственности нотариусов, что и выступает объектом исследования. Цель работы – анализ этого вида страхования на страховом рынке в сегменте страхования гражданской ответственности. В соответствии с поставленной целью сформированы следующие задачи: рассмотрение сущности данного вида страхования, анализ объёма страховых премий и выплат. Изучены особенности и финансовый механизм функционирования страхования гражданской ответственности нотариусов. В процессе исследования использовались такие методы, как сравнительный анализ, системный подход. В работе исследовано количество жалоб на действия (бездействие) нотариусов. Как результат исследования, авторами предложено проведение страхования гражданской ответственности оценщиков в обязательной форме. Произведена оценка прогнозного размера увеличения объёма страхового рынка в сегменте страхования гражданской ответственности при введении обязательного страхования оценщиков.
One of the types of civil liability insurance is notaries' civil liability insurance, which is the object of the study. The purpose of the work is to analyze this type of insurance in the insurance market in the segment of civil liability insurance. In accordance with this goal, the following tasks have been formed: consideration of the essence of this type of insurance, analysis of the volume of insurance premiums and payments. The features and the financial mechanism of functioning of insurance of civil liability of notaries are studied. Methods such as comparative analysis and a systematic approach were used in the research process. The paper examines the number of complaints about the actions (inaction) of notaries. As a result of the study, the authors proposed compulsory civil liability insurance for appraisers. The estimated size of the increase in the volume of the insurance market in the segment of civil liability insurance with the introduction of compulsory insurance has been estimated.
