Проведен анализ факторов, определяющих технологическое развития. Анализ динамики показателей «число созданных передовых производственных технологий», «выдано патентов отечественным заявителям», «численность персонала, занятого исследованиями и разработками», «внутренние затраты на исследования и разработки (в ценах 1991 г.)» проведен за период с 1991 г. по 2023 г. Использованы в анализе статистические данные Росстат РФ, Госкомстата РСФСР, Роспатент РФ, Всемирной организации интеллектуальной собственности (WIPO). Цель состоит в анализе факторов, влияющих на технологическое развитие в обеспечении экономической безопасности государства. В результате анализа сделан вывод об отсутствии предпосылок для опережающего технологического развития и усиления экономической безопасности государства в технологической сфере. В РФ существуют объективные факторы, обуславливающие технологическое отставание от развитых в соответствующей сфере стран, а именно от Китая и США. Динамика созданных передовых технологий незначительна, количество выданных патентов несопоставимо с аналогичным показателем КНР и США, снижается численность персонала, занятого исследованиями и разработками, не увеличивается объем затрат на исследования и разработки

The analysis of factors determining technological development is carried out. The analysis of the dynamics of the indicators "number of created advanced production technologies", "patents issued to domestic applicants", "number of personnel engaged in research and development", "domestic costs of research and development (in 1991 prices)" was carried out for the period from 1991 to 2023. The statistical data of Rosstat of the Russian Federation, the State Statistics Committee of the RSFSR, Rospatent of the Russian Federation, the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) were used in the analysis. The objective is to analyze the factors influencing technological development in ensuring the economic security of the state. As a result of the analysis, a conclusion was made about the absence of prerequisites for advanced technological development and strengthening the economic security of the state in the technological sphere. In the Russian Federation, there are objective factors that cause a technological lag behind countries developed in the relevant area, namely China and the USA. The dynamics of the advanced technologies created is insignificant, the number of issued patents is not comparable with the similar indicator of China and the USA, the number of personnel engaged in research and development is decreasing, the volume of expenditures on research and development is not increasing
