В статье исследуются экономическая сущность, особенности и факторы, влияющие на интеллектуальную собственность. Проведен анализа влияния интеллектуальной собственности на экономическое благосостояние граждан в условиях цифровизации экономики, что служит стимулом роста возможностей для его повышения. Анализ фактического материала демонстрирует роль интеллектуальной собственности в стимулировании инноваций и притоку инвестиций. Рассматривается взаимосвязь между стимулированием инноваций посредством защиты интеллектуальной собственности и повышением общего уровня благосостояния. Осуждена проблема неравномерного формирования составляющих человеческого развития, которая оказывает существенное влияние и отражает уровень благосостояния населения в различных странах. Рассмотрены возможные механизмы защиты интеллектуальной собственности. Акцентировано внимание на необходимости формирования более оперативно меняющейся и трансформирующейся нормативно-правовой среды.
The article examines the economic essence, features and factors affecting intellectual property. The analysis of the impact of intellectual property on the economic well-being of citizens in the context of the digitalization of the economy is carried out, which serves as an incentive for the growth of opportunities for its improvement. The analysis of the factual material demonstrates the role of intellectual property in stimulating innovation and investment. The article examines the relationship between stimulating innovation through the protection of intellectual property and improving overall well-being. The problem of uneven formation of the components of human development, which has a significant impact and reflects the level of well-being of the population in different countries, is condemned. Possible mechanisms of intellectual property protection are considered. Attention is focused on the need to create a more rapidly changing and transforming regulatory environment.
