В статье рассматриваются современные тенденции развития нефтегазовой отрасли России в условиях геополитической нестабильности, санкционного давления и необходимости адаптации к изменяющейся структуре мирового энергорынка. Приводится анализ ключевых экономических показателей отрасли, включая объемы добычи, уровень затрат, географическое распределение ресурсов и структуру экспорта. Отмечается значительная роль отрасли в формировании федерального бюджета и валового внутреннего продукта страны. Особое внимание уделено вопросам повышения экономической эффективности деятельности нефтегазовых компаний за счет технологических инноваций, цифровой трансформации, оптимизации бизнес-процессов и развития управленческих практик. Рассматриваются как государственные меры поддержки, такие как налоговые льготы и развитие нормативной базы, так и инициативы самих компаний, включая внедрение ESG-принципов, создание интеллектуальных месторождений и использование систем автоматизированного управления. Делается вывод о необходимости системного подхода к модернизации отрасли, усиления инновационной активности и формирования устойчивой производственной модели, способной эффективно реагировать на внешние вызовы. Представленные в статье рекомендации могут быть полезны как для практиков нефтегазовой индустрии, так и для исследователей, изучающих вопросы энергетической безопасности и устойчивого развития.
The article examines current trends in the development of the oil and gas industry in Russia in the context of geopolitical instability, sanctions pressure and the need to adapt to the changing structure of the global energy market. It provides an analysis of key economic indicators of the industry, including production volumes, cost levels, geographic distribution of resources and export structure. It notes the significant role of the industry in the formation of the federal budget and the country's gross domestic product. Particular attention is paid to issues of increasing the economic efficiency of oil and gas companies through technological innovations, digital transformation, optimization of business processes and development of management practices. Both government support measures, such as tax incentives and development of the regulatory framework, and initiatives of the companies themselves, including the introduction of ESG principles, the creation of smart fields and the use of automated control systems are considered. The conclusion is made about the need for a systemic approach to modernization of the industry, strengthening of innovative activity and formation of a sustainable production model capable of effectively responding to external challenges. The recommendations presented in the article can be useful both for oil and gas industry practitioners and for researchers studying issues of energy security and sustainable development.
