Объектом исследования в статье является транспортная отрасль РФ. Основой анализа выступает оценка, данная состоянию отрасли. Выявлено, что транспортная отрасль испытывает острую потребность в существенных преобразованиях, так как отличается слишком высоким уровнем издержек, недостаточно эффективным функционированием, большим количеством аварий. Целью исследования выступает изучение возможностей качественного обновления транспортной отрасли с помощью применения цифровых технологий, выявление положительных и отрицательных последствий цифровых трансформаций отрасли. В данном исследовании применены следующие методы: анализ и синтез, дедукция и индукция, системный и институциональный подходы. Показано, что новые инновационные шаги отрасли проявили себя через внедрение Национальной цифровой транспортно-логистической платформы, беспилотного транспорта, электронных навигационных пломб, применения геолокации и биометрии при расчетах пассажиров. В работе были сделаны выводы, в частности, было обосновано, что цифровые трансформации в транспортной отрасли необходимы для решения ее проблем, вместе с тем, они имеют свои сложности и ограничения законодательного, технического, финансового и кадрового характера.
The object of research in this article is the transport industry of the Russian Federation. The analysis is based on an assessment of the current state of the industry. It has been revealed that the transport industry is in dire need of significant transformations, as it is characterized by high costs, inefficient operations, and a high number of accidents. The purpose of this study is to explore the possibilities of improving the quality of the transport industry through the use of digital technologies, and to identify the positive and negative consequences of digital transformations in the industry. The following methods were used in this research: analysis and synthesis, deduction and induction, and systemic and institutional approaches. It has been shown that the industry's new innovative steps have manifested themselves through the implementation of the National Digital Transport and Logistics Platform, unmanned transport, electronic navigation seals, and the use of geolocation and biometrics in passenger calculations. The paper concluded that digital transformations in the transport industry are necessary to solve its problems, but they also have their own complexities and limitations in terms of legislation, technology, finance, and human resources.
