На современном этапе развития инновационный потенциал выступает ключевым фактором регионального экономического развития. Актуальность исследования инновационных ресурсов обусловлена тем, что их эффективное использование оказывает прямое влияние на позиции региона, уровень его социально-экономического развития и вносит существенный вклад в национальную экономику. Для обеспечения высокой конкурентоспособности регионов требуется комплексный подход, включающий адаптацию научных разработок к рыночным реалиям и формирование политики устойчивого развития, подкрепленной инновациями во всех сферах: от менеджмента и производства до реализации. Инновационный путь развития региона требует объединения научных и технических достижений с его социально-экономическим прогрессом. Ключевым здесь является построение такой системы организации, которая сможет не только создавать новые знания и технологии, но и успешно выводить на рынок инновационную продукцию и услуги, открывая новые рыночные ниши, формируя таким образом региональную инновационную систему. В статье анализируется динамика объема инновационной продукции в Республике Мордовия за 2019—2023 гг., ее доля в общем объеме отгруженных товаров собственного производства и выполненных услуг собственными силами, объем инвестиций в сферу научных исследований и разработок, уровень инновационной активности региональных предприятий, количество поданных заявок на регистрацию изобретений и полезных моделей в республике. Также указаны некоторые проблемы в научно-инновационной сфере Мордовии и условия совершенствования региональной инновационной политики в принципе.
At the current stage of development, innovative potential is a key factor in regional economic development. The relevance of studying innovative resources is due to the fact that their effective use has a direct impact on the region's position, the level of its socio-economic development, and contributes significantly to the national economy. To ensure high regional competitiveness, a comprehensive approach is required, including the adaptation of scientific developments to market realities and the formation of a sustainable development policy supported by innovations in all areas, from management and production to implementation. The innovative path of the region's development requires the integration of scientific and technical achievements with its socio-economic progress. The key here is to build an organizational system that can not only create new knowledge and technologies, but also successfully market innovative products and services, opening up new market niches and thus forming a regional innovation system. The article analyzes the dynamics of the volume of innovative products in the Republic of Mordovia for 2019—2023, its share in the total volume of goods shipped by own production and services performed by own forces, the volume of investments in scientific research and development, the level of innovative activity of regional enterprises, and the number of applications submitted for registration of inventions and utility models in the republic. The article also discusses some problems in the scientific and innovative sphere of Mordovia and the conditions for improving regional innovation policy in general.
