Учитывая растущий разрыв в уровне развития между урбанизированными и сельскими территориями, особую актуальность приобретает изучение условий проживания в аграрных регионах. Целью данной работы является изучение мнений жителей аграрных территорий Донского региона об условиях проживания с учетом их личных оценок своего материального положения, доступности услуг первой необходимости и комфортности среды обитания. Основными темами анализа стали: степень удаленности населенных пунктов, ситуация в сфере занятости, состояние жилищного фонда, а также обеспеченность медицинскими учреждениями и школами. Были сопоставлены данные официальной статистики и субъективное мнение сельских жителей. Практическая значимость исследования заключается в демонстрации ценности учета личных оценок жителей при разработке стратегий развития сельскохозяйственных зон. Полученные данные могут лечь в основу модернизации социальных программ, совершенствования транспортной сети, установления мер адресной помощи социально уязвимым слоям населения, в том числе работающей молодежи и занятым в агропромышленном комплексе. В статье представлен алгоритм мониторинга изменения уровня благосостояния после введения мер государственной поддержки.
Given the growing gap in the level of development between urbanized and rural areas, the study of living conditions in agricultural regions is of particular relevance. The purpose of this work is to study the opinions of residents of the agrarian territories of the Don region about living conditions, taking into account their personal assessments of their financial situation, the availability of essential services and the comfort of their living environment. The main topics of the analysis were: the degree of remoteness of settlements, the employment situation, the state of the housing stock, as well as the availability of medical facilities and schools. Official statistics data and the subjective opinion of rural residents were compared. The practical significance of the study is to demonstrate the value of taking into account the personal assessments of residents when developing strategies for the development of agricultural zones. The data obtained can form the basis for modernizing social programs, improving the transport network, and establishing targeted assistance measures for socially vulnerable segments of the population, including working youth and those employed in the agro-industrial complex. The article presents an algorithm for monitoring changes in the level of well-being after the introduction of state support measures.
