В статье исследуется влияние цифровизации и внедрения ERP-систем (Enterprise Resource Planning) на эффективность управленческого учёта на российских предприятиях. Анализируются изменения в качестве, оперативности и интеграции управленческой информации, а также трансформация методов учёта, бюджетирования и аналитики. Показано, что ERP-системы способствуют созданию единого информационного пространства, снижению рутинной нагрузки на персонал, повышению прозрачности бизнес-процессов и улучшению обоснованности управленческих решений. Особое внимание уделено переходу управленческого учёта от функции отчётности к инструменту стратегического управления. Результаты исследования подтверждают, что внедрение ERP оказывает комплексное воздействие на технологические, организационные и стратегические аспекты деятельности предприятий, обеспечивая рост производительности, снижение издержек и укрепление финансовой устойчивости.
The article examines the impact of digitalization and the implementation of ERP systems on the effectiveness of management accounting in Russian enterprises. It analyzes changes in the quality, timeliness, and integration of managerial information, as well as the transformation of accounting, budgeting, and analytical methods. It is shown that ERP systems contribute to the creation of a unified information space, a reduction in routine workload for personnel, increased transparency of business processes, and improved justification of managerial decisions. Particular attention is paid to the shift of management accounting from a reporting function to a tool of strategic management. The results of the study confirm that the implementation of ERP systems has a comprehensive impact on the technological, organizational, and strategic aspects of enterprise operations, ensuring increased productivity, reduced costs, and strengthened financial stability.
