Актуальность исследования обусловлена тем, что развитие креативных индустрий с материальным ядром продукта в России сталкивается с недостаточной развитостью технологической межотраслевой инфраструктуры: нехваткой специализированных материалов, технологий и компетенций, разрывами в межотраслевых производственных цепочках и отсутствием сервисно-ориентированных платформ, способных обеспечивать сопровождение полного жизненного цикла создания креативного материального продукта. Цель исследования заключается в теоретико-методологическом обосновании проектирования сервисной промышленно-производственной платформы нового типа, интегрирующей межотраслевые циклы лесопромышленного комплекса, целлюлозно-бумажной промышленности и полиграфического сектора, многомерной печати и аддитивных технологий в единую сервисно-технологическую инфраструктуру креативных индустрий. Научные результаты включают теоретическое осмысление и результаты обобщения эмпирического анализа структурных причин технологической несогласованности между базовыми сегментами ЛПК(ЦБП)–полиграфии и креативными индустриями, а также разработку концепта сервисной производственной платформы, обеспечивающей сквозное воспроизводство материалов и технологий, гибкость производственных процессов, включение исследовательских ресурсов и реализацию принципов экономики цикла. Полученные результаты могут быть использованы при разработке национальных и региональных программ поддержки креативных индустрий, создании технологических сервисных центров, модернизации предприятий ЛПК и полиграфического комплекса, а также при проектировании пилотных линий и платформенных моделей межотраслевой кооперации.
The relevance of this study stems from the fact that the development of creative industries with a material production core in Russia is constrained by an insufficient technological infrastructure, including shortages of specialized designer and functional materials, fragmented intersectoral production chains, and the absence of service-oriented platforms capable of supporting the full life cycle of innovative material products. Under conditions of restricted access to imported materials and technologies, these limitations become strategically significant. The purpose of the research is to provide a theoretical and methodological foundation for designing a new-generation service-oriented industrial platform integrating the cross-sectoral cycles of the forest-based industries, the pulp-and-paper sector, and the printing industry into a unified technological infrastructure for the creative industries. The study identifies structural sources of technological misalignment across the LPK–pulp and paper–printing segments and the creative industries, and proposes a conceptual model of a service production platform that ensures end-to-end reproduction of materials and technologies, flexible production processes, incorporation of research resources, and implementation of circular-economy principles. The findings may be applied in national and regional development programs for creative industries, in the creation of technological service centers, in modernization projects within the forest-based and printing sectors, and in the design of pilot production lines and platform-based intersectoral cooperation models.
