DIRECTIONS OF TRANSITION TO CIRCULAR ECONOMY IN RUSSIA: SCANDINAVIAN EXPERIENCE OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT

Based on the analysis of the development of the economy in the Scandinavian countries, the article substantiates the relevance of the relationship between the circular economy and sustainable development. According to the results of the study, it was revealed that the circular economy is of great importance in the formation of sustainable development, the development and implementation of modern technologies of the circular economy is a key point not only for preserving the environment, but also for competent production in general. Methods for solving the problem of transition to renewable production in foreign countries, as well as the prospects for introducing a circular economy in Russia are described. Emphasis is placed on the system of sorting and waste management, rational models of production and consumption, the creation of a processing industry and the activation of the innovative development of regions, the development of ecological thinking among the population of Russia.
