Item. Adjustment of the development of information resources of the economy - (knowledge, competencies, objects of intellectual property - (hereinafter OIP), intangible assets - (hereinafter NMA)) innovative special economic zone - (hereinafter SEZ) with biotechnological and pharmaceutical specialization is an urgent task of developing the economy of the Republic of Bashkortostan in connection with the new development trends identified by Us and new factors that allow, on the basis of an increasing potential, to create new pharmacological agents and develop innovative treatment methods that the health care of the Russian Federation needs. The pandemic actualizes the development of means to counteract and prevent COVID 19, dosage forms and methods of treating the consequences of this infection. The pandemic is a global challenge for the Russian Federation, which will require the development of information resources of the economy in the field of healthcare and the development of biotechnology. The effective response of the Republic of Bashkortostan is to develop an innovative SEZ in biotechnology and medical specialization. The information base of the economy, due to its development in the technical and implementation innovative SEZ in the republic, is able to neutralize many of the negative consequences of the pandemic, developing the economic potential. Target. Establishing the development potential of information resources of the economy of an innovative SEZ with biotechnological and pharmaceutical specialization in the Republic of Bashkortostan in a pandemic. The research objectives are: - analysis of the development potential of information resources of the economy of an innovative SEZ with biotechnological and pharmaceutical specialization in the Republic of Bashkortostan in a pandemic; - development of a corrective effect on factual materials with an assessment of the potential for creating an innovative SEZ with biotechnological and pharmaceutical specialization in a pandemic. Methodology. In the process of studying the development potential of information resources of the economy of an innovative SEZ with biotechnological and pharmaceutical specialization in the Republic of Bashkortostan in a pandemic, the methods of logical and statistical analysis were used. Results. Potentially high opportunities for the development of information resources of the economy of an innovative SEZ with biotechnological and pharmaceutical specialization in the Republic of Bashkortostan in a pandemic have been established Conclusions. Development of the potential of information resources of the economy of an innovative SEZ with biotechnological and pharmaceutical specialization in the Republic of Bashkortostan in the context of a pandemic will allow for the technological independence of further development in these areas.
