In economic activity, responsibility centers are structural units classified according to the degree of independence and the range of operations carried out in the centers of income, costs, marginal income, profits and investments.
There are several methods for collecting data and planning a budget. The analysis indicates the impossibility of limiting the method to the formation of the budget for the next year. The role of alternative approaches needs to be expanded, and performance-based planning is no longer the only basis for budgeting. At the same time, regardless of the qualifications of budgeting work, the results of financial planning will not be achieved without taking the necessary measures to organize execution and timely improve the budget.
