The purpose of this article is to study the influence of corporate culture on the suppression of professional stress factors and emotional burnout in modern socio-economic organizations. The role of the moral and psychological climate in the enterprise is especially growing during the period of crisis phenomena to which any commercial company is exposed. An appropriate approach to the formation of an organizational culture provides a comfortable social environment by introducing the principles of adaptability. Relying on effective leadership and taking into account the specifics of the labor process, the task of management is to create a system that can quickly respond to external changes and adapt to the expectations of personnel involved in professional activities. The categorization of these management aspects improves the corporate culture, making it more flexible, inclusive and societal, which allows for communication between employees and departments, as well as preventing negative trends, strengthening the internal organizational climate.
