The problem of forming timely management decisions in the event of conflict situations is considered. The business processes of high-tech companies are very sensitive to negative factors. The conflict situations among the company's employees can be a reason of such negative impact. Conflict management is a prerequisite for an effective business process. Present methods make it possible to identify existing conflicts in an explicit phase. The disadvantage of such methods is their inability to identify hidden conflicts at an early stage when the impact of the conflict on the business process is not yet significant. The use of existing methods leads to high risks due to conflict situations and deterioration of the company's economic performance. A new approach based on the data of information research is proposed, which allows to identify hidden conflicts between the subjects of the business process at an early stage. This approach makes it possible to significantly reduce the level of conflict and minimize economic losses.
