FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT OF THE ENTERPRISE IN CONDITIONS OF THE ECONOMIC CRISIS

Abstract

In the context of the economic crisis, the effectiveness of financial management is becoming increasingly important for the further choice of policies for financing, competitiveness and overcoming negative situations. The aim of the study is to analyze the financial management of an enterprise in an economic crisis. The authors consider the stages of a comprehensive assessment of the financial condition of an enterprise in the context of an economic crisis. The authors point out that when assessing the effectiveness of financial management in a crisis, financial analysis should be carried out more carefully, since this process can determine why a negative situation has occurred in an enterprise and help develop ways out of it. In conclusion, the authors identify the main priorities that must be used in managing the finances of an enterprise in a crisis. Evaluating the effectiveness of financial management is important for making management decisions at an enterprise that are focused on the progress of profits, identifying loss factors, as well as creating a stable and concentrated financial and economic state.
