Abstract

The study of the main indicators characterizing the volume of work performed by a commercial organization is of great importance for assessing its financial and economic activities both at the planning stage and at the stage of implementing plans. For effective management and profit, each commercial organization whose main activity is the production of sanitary works, installation of heating systems and air conditioning systems needs effective control by its management in terms of tracking the contracts concluded, the timing of their implementation and the quality results upon completion of such works. To do this, it is expedient to apply in practice effective methods of control, including those developed by the organizations themselves, which should be based not only on the extensive experience of specialists, but also on solving problems that contribute to the achievement of the goals set. One of the tools for effective management and timely decision-making is economic analysis, which allows you to track a number of important indicators that affect the amount of work performed.
