ON THE ISSUE OF STRATEGIC PRIORITIES OF SOCIO-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF BASHKORTOSTAN IN THE CONDITIONS OF SANCTIONS

Abstract

The article is devoted to the consideration of promising strategic areas of specialization of the Republic of Bashkortostan in the context of sanctions restrictions. The necessity of implementing the main strategic guidelines by intensifying the investment activity of multi-level territorial entities under the conditions of sanctions and macroeconomic instability is substantiated. The representation of investment projects of the Republic of Bashkortostan in the specializations identified according to the Strategy for Spatial Development of the Russian Federation until 2025 as promising and critical for the republic has been studied. An analysis was made of the financial performance of organizations whose main activity is identified in the Strategy for Spatial Development of the Russian Federation until 2025 as critical for the economy of the republic, with an emphasis on identifying financial and sanctions risks. Conclusions are drawn: firstly, the need to pay more attention to enterprises whose main activity is identified by the Spatial Development Strategy of the Russian Federation until 2025 as promising for the republic, but has not yet been presented in the list of priority investment projects of the Republic of Bashkortostan, namely: in the field of information and communication, production of leather and leather products, metallurgical production, clothing production, production of other finished products; secondly, in the context of sanctions restrictions, it is advisable to increase the activity of the “knowledge” and technology industry, as it is undoubtedly strategically important; thirdly, on strengthening the block of investment projects by attracting reliable organizations (with no signs of financial and sanctions risks) engaged in activities identified for the republic as critically important.
