LOGISTICS RISK MANAGEMENT IN QUALITY MANAGEMENT

Abstract

The article provides a consideration of logistical risks in the organization of multimodal transportation. Theoretical aspects of the construction of the MTS were studied. The classification of risks in relation to the specifics of the transport enterprise has been compiled. The characteristic of logistical risks in multimodal transport systems is given; methods of their revealing are allocated. Innovative directions in the management of logistical risks are considered. Thus, we can say that the multimodal transport system is the most important element in building effective and mutually beneficial relations between the supplier and the consumer, located remotely from each other. Thanks to the development of the material and technical base and computer technology, they have the opportunity to organize the transportation process smoothly, minimizing the time for processing various documentation. The technology of transport processes is responsible for the competent organization of the transport process; this is one of the important links in improving the efficiency of the company, since it determines unnecessary elements in the transportation process.
