Abstract

The article discusses the sources and causes of presenteeism as a model of staff behavior, possible negative and positive consequences for employees and the company, incl. impact on staff mental health. The data indicating the high prevalence of presenteeism among certain categories of employees are presented. The manifestations of digital presenteeism, which is formed when using the model of remote/hybrid work, are highlighted. Recommendations for its prevention of the development of digital presenteeism are presented.
