Analysis and assessment of risks in the implementation of various innovative and investment projects is one of the most difficult problems in substantiating the effectiveness of decisions and constructing scenarios for its implementation accounts. The gradual transition from the traditional scheme of equity participation to project financing should contribute to the development of the construction industry, increase business activity and growth in construction volumes. However, new forms of financing require the use of new risk management methods that accompany such projects. The article proposes a mechanism for an integrated risk management system for project financing, taking into account the specifics of the project based on the risk identification.
