The article considers the possibilities of using artificial intelligence technologies at the stage of planning public procurement. The analysis of the existing methods of procurement planning is carried out, their problems and shortcomings are revealed. The possibilities of using artificial intelligence are investigated and the advantages that it can provide are determined. The article also highlights specific algorithms and methods of artificial intelligence that can be successfully applied at the stages of planning public procurement. The authors assessed the risks and negative consequences of using artificial intelligence and suggested ways to minimize them. As a result of the study, it was concluded that the use of artificial intelligence at the stage of planning public procurement can significantly increase the efficiency of this process, improve transparency and competitiveness of procurement activities.
