DEVELOPMENT OF DIGITAL PLATFORM SOLUTIONS IN THE PUBLIC SECTOR

The key trends of digitalization in the public sphere are considered. The platform approach is considered and the directions of technological modernization of state information systems are determined. The transition to a national digital platform increases the availability of advanced digital solutions for all levels of public authority, ensures uniform standards for the security of posting and reliability of published data, solves problems of data inconsistency, optimizes budget expenditures, in particular, for system integration and maintenance. However, there are risks and limitations. To switch to a single platform, existing GIS should be evaluated based on the criteria of significance, technological maturity, and economic efficiency.
